Recipe for Inner Peace® - Sacred Rose® Tea Cookies

1 stick organic butter
1 cup whole grain flour
2/3 organic sugar
2 medium egg yolks
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 ½ cup finely crushed Sacred Rose®- Inner Peace® Tea
Cut the butter into the flour, fold into a crumb like texture. Add the rest of the ingredients and, with floured hands knead the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Oven at 325°F. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Place on a buttered pan and flatten. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with Inner Peace® Tea.
